Refund Policy
If the BIOS Master Password we provided you does not work, we ask that you contact us via our live WhatsApp service for real time assistance by our expert staff.
If you have purchased the correct unlock for your laptop, we will unlock it – we are yet to fail.
In the unlikely event of failure, we ask that you contact us via the Support form. We will refund your investment 100%.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must have previously contacted our Support staff via the WhatsApp Live feature.
To complete your return, we require your BIOSPassmaster.com invoice & PayPal transaction ID.
Refunds
